New Homebuyer Club Helps Clients Become Mortgage-Ready
CIHA has launched a Homebuyers' Club to help prospective homebuyers become "mortgage ready." Club members get first-hand advice from experts in the finance and housing industries including credit, budget and loan counseling.
Loan Program Offers Affordable Home Repair
CIHA, through its non-profit affiliate Na Qenq'a, is offering new zero percent interest loans of up to $35,000 with no monthly payments allowing eligible Anchorage homeowners to borrow money for home improvements without adding to their monthly costs.
Spring and Summer Resident Activities
Twenty children participated in Spring Break Safety Week, AARP volunteers helped prepare tax returns and answered questions for CIHA residents, and CIHA purchased 700 large print books for the Elder Campus Library.
