A Brand New Home
CIHA is building lovely, craftsman-syle three and four-bedroom single-family homes ranging in size from 1477 to 1529 square feet. Each family-friendly design features 2+ bathrooms, a two car garage, a front porch, radiant in-floor heat, a fenced and landscaped yard. These homes promise to be some of the most attractive, well-built and unique smaller homes anywhere in Alaska.

Making it Affordable
CIHA has partnered with select local lenders, quality sub-contractors, the Alaska Housing Finance Corporation and others to make your dream of homeownership a reality. We worked hard to keep our construction costs low, then Cook Inlet Lending Center, a CIHA social enterprise, rounded up a variety of buyer finance and funding sources to keep your up-front costs and monthly payments far lower than they normally would be for a similarly priced home.

The financing package on these homes - which combines grants, very low interest loans as well as a standard first mortgage - results in monthly mortgage payments that are likely similar to, or perhaps less than, what you are currently paying your landlord in rent.

Let CIHA and Cook Inlet Lending Center help you realize the benefits of homeownership. If you earn less than $76,000 per year, depending on your family size, you may qualify. Minimum income limits may also apply.

Moutain View: A Neighborhood of Choice
The homes are located in Mountain View, a neighborhood that CIHA, the Municipality of Anchorage, and many other organizations have targeted for revitlization. It is a great time to invest in Mountain View - a neighborhood which is destined for continued positive growth and development.
