Most of CIHA’s rental properties are new or nearly new. A Place for Everyone

Rental units and are available to qualified families, elderly and disabled persons. Families with annual incomes up to approximately $62,000 (dependant on family size) are encouraged to apply. Income restrictions vary by property, and Section 8 is accepted.

Anchorage rents range from $425 to $1150 per month.
